Oops... A little miscommunication.

What I said was that I need to be able to put my hair in ponytail for work. They said short would be better and off it came!

Looked good when they flat ironed it. I tried to wash and wear...  Looked terrible. I had to go in for an emergency Japanese straightening treatment.
