New roof... Progress!

Things are coming along!  The framing is done. Plumbing is in. Recessed lighting fixtures and HVAC are partially in. Roof is in.  New windows were being installed today.

NW Natural Gas has been brought to the house. They have bored through the road and underground to the house with no issues. (That's a first)

Electrical panel was installed and passed inspection...

It's going to start looking like a house pretty soon. Sheetrock will start next week!
