3rd Grade... DONE!

Last trip to the bus stop for the year.  Time is passing so fast!

Living Museum

What a fun activity. The kids choose a famous person from the series Who Was...  and put on a Living Museum.  They were like a statue until someone came up, then they came alive with a short presentation about their character. 

Dylan was Bob Dylan who was famous for his music which represented social change. He was also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Barack Obama. 

Shannon was Julia Child. Taylor and Saylor were Frida Kahlo, Clara was Amelia Earhart, Ashlyn was Clara Barton, Matilda was Jane Goodall, Hazel was Lucille Ball, Jessie was Cleopatra, Luke was Jesus, Morgan was Martin Luther King Jr, Grace was Selena Gomez, Margaret was Laura Ingalls Wilder..  to name a few of her friends.

Opening day of pool season!!

It wasn’t the hottest day but...  that’s not going to stop these kids!  Opening day of Greentree Pool.

Take Your Child To Work Day

Dylan went to work with dad last week. Looks like a lot of fun!

Girl Scouts Dance Badge

Dylan’s dance teacher helped her lead the dance badge activity for Girl Scouts. I think it was a HIT!  

Great Wolf Lodge!!

We finally made it to Great Wolf Lodge and the girls were so excited!

In PJs after a couple hours in the water.  Next on the agenda:  dinner and arcade.


Trying to choose between all the prizes!  We got disappearing ink and a few other little things.

Then Magi Quest. Pretty fun for the girls to run around on their own. 

This is a sign of a fun trip. 

STEM Night and Art Lit

STEM Night at Westridge. Such a fun night of cool activities. 

Light boxes with iPods. Pretty neat. 


Art Lit. I love that art is part of Dylan’s elementary experience.
