Last and worst part.

Poor Marty. As soon as he started ripping down the ceiling, I think he had the "oh shit" realization. The mess that ensued was unbelievable. All the blown in insulation coming down like ash...  It's finally over.

Let's build this house and get out of the 400 sq ft shoebox!

Today was a busy day!  Gymnastics. Park. Swimming. Then play date with Monroe. Phew!  I need a nap!

And today, they are cutting into the foundation, putting up concrete forms.  Pouring concrete tomorrow!  For the egress windows in the spare bedroom.
